1. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Game progress, settings, installed games and downloaded packs stay in your browser through local storage, IndexedDB and browser caches.

  • Progress is not synced or backed up to the cloud when you sign in.
  • You manage local exports and imports directly.
  • Clearing browser data erases your local saves and signed-in state.

2. Data Handled by Our Services

We process minimal personal data to operate accounts and manage subscriptions:

  • Accounts (Clerk via Replit): Clerk handles your email address, authentication identifiers and basic profile data provided by your login service. Our app database stores your account identifier.
  • Payments (Paddle): Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing and payment details. We store customer and subscription identifiers, pending checkout information and timestamps to verify access. We never receive or store full payment card details.
  • Infrastructure and Support (Replit): Hosting logs may include IP addresses, device details and error records to deliver and secure the site. If you contact support, we process the messages and diagnostic details you choose to send.

3. Why We Collect Information

We use this information to provide access, manage subscriptions, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse and meet tax and legal duties. Where applicable, our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent. We do not sell personal data or track gameplay for advertising.

4. Data Retention and Your Rights

  • Local data stays on your device until you delete it or your browser clears it.
  • Server-side account and purchase records are kept as needed to operate your account or meet legal and financial recordkeeping duties. Providers retain their records under their own policies.
  • Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. Contact support@pocketlofi.xyz to submit a request.
