Terms of Service

Pocket Low-Fi is operated by Devon Stewart.

These terms govern your use of Pocket Low-Fi at pocketlofi.xyz and its installed progressive web app. “We” and “our” refer to the operator of Pocket Low-Fi. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally enter into an agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf and authorize any purchase.

Using the games

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the games and content made available to you. Free content is available without a subscription. Pocket Pass provides premium access as described on the pricing page and at checkout. Game points and virtual chips have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Do not resell or redistribute our game content, bypass payment or access controls, interfere with the service, misuse another person’s account, or use the service unlawfully. These restrictions do not limit rights granted by applicable law or by a separate open-source or third-party license. We and our licensors retain the rights to the software, artwork and content.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and providing accurate account information. Do not share an account to give others access to premium downloads. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security risks or a material breach of these terms.

Trials, subscriptions and payments

The price, currency, billing interval and trial terms are shown before you purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Unless checkout states otherwise, the free trial lasts three days, requires a payment method, and becomes a paid subscription when it ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.

Paddle is our authorized reseller and merchant of record. It handles checkout, payment collection, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and payment support. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. We will communicate changes to an existing subscription’s price or material terms before they take effect, as required by law.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through Settings → Pocket Pass → Manage / cancel, the management link in your Paddle receipt, or Paddle support. Cancellation stops future renewals. New premium downloads remain available through the current trial or paid period; cancellation does not delete packs already saved on your device. Device storage and availability

Installed games, downloaded packs, progress and preferences are stored in your browser. They do not automatically sync between devices or accounts. Clearing site data, uninstalling, browser storage eviction or device failure may remove them. Use the backup tools in Settings to keep a separate copy. Signing in does not restore a lost local save.

Downloads, billing checks and updates need an internet connection. We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of a particular game. We may update or discontinue features. If a material change prevents delivery of a paid service, your applicable cancellation, refund and consumer rights remain available.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account and billing data, browser storage and support information.

Responsibility and your rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect losses or loss of local saves beyond our legal responsibility. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies or access to competent courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will give notice of material changes through the service or an appropriate account channel. Changes do not remove rights arising from earlier purchases. Stop using the service if you do not agree to the updated terms; you can cancel renewal of a subscription.
